Product Information

All rugs are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to the artisanal nature, slight variations (±5%) in size, shape, and color may occur. We display items as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display reflects the true product.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Currency conversion may be available at checkout depending on your location.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, if applicable in their country.

Order Processing & Shipping

Production Time: Varies depending on the type of rug (custom or ready-made).
Shipping: All orders are shipped directly from Morocco to destinations worldwide.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You will be notified via email once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products:

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of damage or error.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos.

  • Rugs must be unused and in original packaging for returns to be processed.

  • Refunds are not issued for size or color dissatisfaction caused by expected variation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (images, logos, product descriptions) is the intellectual property of AYOURRUGS LTD. Use without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

AYOURRUGS LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, and where applicable, UK, EU, and US consumer protection laws. Any disputes will be resolved through Moroccan courts unless local consumer laws in your country (including the UK, EU, or USA) grant you alternative rights.
