At AYOUR RUGS, we ensure fast, secure, and reliable shipping for all our products. We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your Moroccan rugs worldwide.
1. Shipping Methods
We ship all orders using DHL or Aramex, depending on the best option available in your country.

DHL: Delivers in approximately 6 business days for most locations.

Aramex: Delivers in approximately 12 business days for most locations.
Please note that DHL and Aramex do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or during public holidays (including in Morocco for Aid).
2. Shipping Locations
We provide worldwide shipping! No matter where you are, we will deliver your Moroccan rug to your doorstep. Our rugs are shipped directly from Marrakech, Morocco.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Order Processing Time:

In-Stock Products: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Custom-Made Products: Custom-made rugs are crafted to order. Processing and production may take several weeks, depending on the complexity and design of the rug. The exact timeframe will be specified on the product details page.
Delivery Time:

DHL: Typically takes 6 business days for in-stock products. Custom-made products may take longer, depending on production time and including Time shipping.

Aramex: Typically takes 12 business days for in-stock products. Custom-made products may take longer and including Time shipping.
Note: Both DHL and Aramex do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, including in Morocco.
4. Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping for all Moroccan rugs to worldwide destinations.
5. Shipping Costs
For products other than Moroccan rugs, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the items.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are not included in the final product or shipping price.
8. Packaging
We carefully package all our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use secure, protective, and eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@ayourrugs.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund if applicable.
10. Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping
We accept returns only for damaged goods or shipping errors. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further instructions.
