These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the billing practices for all purchases made on AYOUR RUGS. By purchasing products from AYOUR RUGS you agree to these terms.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer (for wholesale and large orders)

Order Confirmation and Charges

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

  • Your payment will be processed at the time of order confirmation.

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The applicable exchange rate may apply based on your payment method and location.

Taxes and Duties

  • All prices listed on the website are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges.

  • International customers are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the delivery of their products. Ayour Rugs is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

  • Free Shipping for All Moroccan Rugs: We offer free shipping for all Moroccan rugs, regardless of destination.

  • Shipping Charges: For any other products (other than Moroccan rugs), shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items ordered.

  • Delivery Charges: If applicable, delivery charges will be added to your order before payment.

  • Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed information about our shipping methods and delivery times.

Payment Security

  • We take payment security seriously and use SSL encryption to ensure that your payment information is protected.

  • Your payment details will be handled securely by our payment service providers. We do not store your credit card details.

Invoices

  • After your order is processed, you will receive an invoice with details of your purchase, including the items, quantities, price, shipping charges, and taxes (if applicable).

  • Invoices will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only for orders that are damaged or have been sent in error. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with product size, color, or fit.

  • Cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests will not be honored due to the production process of custom-made products.

  • Refunds for eligible orders will be processed to the original payment method.

Billing Disputes

  • If you believe there is an error with your billing statement or you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us at contact@ayourrugs.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will investigate the dispute and respond within 5 business days. If a billing error is found, we will issue a refund or adjustment accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

  • AYOUR RUGS LTD is not responsible for any errors in billing or payments made due to incorrect payment information provided by you.

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to billing disputes.

Changes to Billing Terms

  • AYOUR RUGS reserves the right to modify these Billing Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly.
