1. Cancellation by the Customer
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any charges. To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] or message us via WhatsApp at +447456 432496.
Custom Orders: For custom-designed rugs, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may incur a fee due to the bespoke nature of the product and the work already commenced.
2. Refunds
Standard Orders: If you cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Custom Orders: Refunds for custom orders are subject to the amount of work already completed. We will assess the situation and communicate any applicable refund amount based on the progress of the custom work.
