Custom-made or personalized rugs
Sale items or items purchased during promotional events
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return your item.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the return authorization number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
